of realistic pictorial execution, the work of the French painter who was a pupil of Jacques Louis David working in the master's workshop. He became famous for his portraits, largely preserved in the Roger-Quilliot Museum of Art in Clermont-Ferrand. The painting has some old restorations. Gilded wood frame, 86.5 x 69.5 cm.
