Mario Sironi

(Sassari, 1885 - Milano, 1961)

work of Sironi who in 1922 in Milan was one of the initiators of the artistic movement of the twentieth century. Starting from 1913 he approached futurism, which he interpreted however in the light of his incessant volumetric research. Sironi was also a sculptor, architect, illustrator, set designer and graphic designer. On the back of the card there is the stamp of the archiving at number 5658/2 & nbsp; of the Galleria del Milione in Milan which, after the war, was a reference point for the painters Morandi and Sironi.
