Fabron moved to Naples at a very young age with his family, first learned the drawing from the sculptor Stanislao Lista and was then a pupil of Domenico Morelli at the Royal Academy of Art in Naples. In 1875 he won the Fortuny prize on a par with A. Mancini. Later he tackled the landscape genre thanks to contacts with G. Smargiassi and F. Cortese.
